Ali M. Alrais founded Arabian Hospitality in 1997 with the opening of Arabian Tea House in the historic Al Fahidi district of Dubai. What began as a single Emirati restaurant dedicated to preserving local culture and hospitality has grown into a collection of restaurants, hotels, and hospitality experiences across the UAE and beyond.
As the Founder and Chairman of ALRAIS Holding, Ali has built a diversified group of businesses while remaining deeply connected to the values that inspired its very first hospitality venture. With a long-standing career in international aviation and business leadership, he brought a global perspective together with a deep appreciation for Emirati heritage.
His vision has always been to create places that celebrate culture, welcome guests with genuine hospitality, and leave a lasting connection to people and place. Today, he continues to guide the Group with a focus on authenticity, quality, and experiences that reflect the warmth and generosity at the heart of Arabian hospitality.
His enduring commitment to preserving culture, nurturing people, and creating meaningful hospitality experiences continues to shape the Group and inspire the communities it serves.
Mr. Ali M. Alrais
Rania Saied leads Arabian Hospitality with a passion for people, culture, and exceptional guest experiences. With more than two decades of leadership experience in the UAE, she has played an important role in shaping the Group’s hospitality operations and supporting its continued growth.
Her career began in the aviation industry before expanding into business management and hospitality, giving her a unique perspective on service, operations, and customer experience. Throughout her journey, she has remained committed to building strong teams, nurturing talent, and creating environments where both employees and guests feel genuinely valued.
As Chief Executive Officer, Rania oversees the Group’s restaurants, hotels, and hospitality brands, ensuring that every experience reflects the warmth, authenticity, and attention to detail that define Arabian Hospitality.
She believes that great hospitality begins with people. By empowering teams and fostering a culture of care and excellence, she continues to guide the Group while preserving the values and sense of belonging that sit at the heart of every guest experience.
