Founder & Group CEO

Ali M. Alrais is an esteemed Emirati entrepreneur with over 35 years of global leadership experience, primarily in the aviation sector. He holds an MBA from the University of Glamorgan in the UK and previously served as Senior Vice President—responsible for Aero‑political, Regulatory, Industry Affairs & Alliances—at Qatar Airways.

In 1997, Ali founded Alrais Holding, building it from the ground up into a diversified conglomerate operating across hospitality, travel, retail, maintenance, and more.

He leads with a vision to redefine industry benchmarks, foster a culture of innovation, and empower people to reach their fullest potential. His enduring commitment to integrity, excellence, and social impact continues to drive the group’s success and inspire its community approach

Rania Saied is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in business development and management within the UAE. Holding a Master’s Degree in Business Management from a prestigious Swiss institution, she has collaborated with various multinational corporations across diverse sectors.

Her professional journey commenced in the aviation industry, transitioning to facilities management in 2008, and later to restaurant management in 2017. Rania’s expertise spans client relationship management, operational excellence, customer service optimization, revenue maximization, negotiation, training, budgeting, and menu engineering.

Currently, she serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Alrais Holding and the Chief Executive Officer of Arabian Tea House, where she leads key operations contributing to the organization’s growth and success.
